These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", "you") and jom88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jom88.cam ("the Platform").

Providing false information during registration, including misrepresentation of age or identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jom88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.

You must notify jom88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Notification should be made via our 24/7 live chat support.
